The Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED) is a government advisory agency established by Law No. (9) of 2006 to provide a platform for government and private sectors to work together to achieve sustainable economic growth and diversification in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

To bring together business and government leaders with the aim of making Abu Dhabi an international economic hub, boasting a world-class economic environment with sustainable growth.

Mission
To develop policy recommendations and kick-start initiatives that promote sustainable and diversified economic growth by improving Abu Dhabi's infrastructure and business environment and enhancing human capital.

Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) regulates the business sector and leads economic initiatives to achieve knowledge-based, diversified and sustainable economic growth. This role is in line with Law No. 7 of 2018.
